Published this month, the research team interviewed Recovery Café Seattle staffers and Recovery Circle member facilitators. Titled “Insights into a Recovery Community Center Model,” the authors recognize that “recovery community centers” have emerged as an increasingly important component of the recovery journey and that research on the helpfulness of such community centers is limited. The article describes what staff and member facilitators perceive as “helpful components” of the Recovery Café model. Eleven components were identified. Read about all eleven here.
